RESIDENTIAL RETREATS 2026
I am so happy to be able to offer you an invitation to come and stay in my bungalow on the farm here in Wales for The Deep Dive Residential Retreat.
Part of each day we will be in the bungalow where I will explain my experiences and learning that have come from the last 10 years of my work Point of Balance.
This will be the chance for us to literally Deep Dive into the subjects of intention, energy and connection and see where the conversation takes us.

During the weekend we will also be taking advantage of the amazing nature that IS the place where I am blessed to live. There are forests, rivers, beaches and we will be getting out and about to explore and experience the concepts we are talking about whilst immersed in the exquisite nature of this area.
Over the course of the weekend everyone will receive an in-person session of Point of Balance.
There will also be a chance to come and sit with Teazel and Evie my two amazing horses to experience just being and connecting with no agenda or expectation.
My great friend and amazing practitioner Eleri Thomas will join us, generally on the Saturday afternoon and carry out a healing sound bath. As I work with each of you the horses gently meander among you, bringing to the space their own unique and powerful energy.
It really is an amazing experience, for some the highlight of the weekend.

Accommodation is in my modern bungalow Llwynon, situated on the edge of our farm.
Arrive Thursday evening or Friday morning.
The Deep Dive Retreat runs from Friday until Sunday evening.
This Retreat is for 4 people, based on two people in single rooms and two people sharing a twin room. There is a shared bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.
All accommodation (including bedding and towels) is included in the price.
The cost of the evening meals on Friday and Saturday are also included in the price. We eat at two beautiful hotels one on the sea front in Aberystwyth, and one in the hills at Devil’s Bridge.
Please bring your own food for breakfast and light snacks for lunch- although sometimes we eat out for lunch as well – depends where we are!
Please bring wet weather and warm outdoor clothing and footwear (wellies are ideal!) as you will be in Wales!
All transport during the weekend will be provided so need to worry about driving anywhere, unless you want to drive of course!!
