Catriona Macdonald (Cat) and I have been friends for many years and Cat has worked on all the family, all my horses and a lot of our dogs as well, all to great beneficial effect.
We realised that between us we had 55 years of experience working with energy in our own individual ways, so we thought it would be fun (and hopefully helpful for others) to get together to talk about this thing called “energy”.
We had a great time recording this chat, a huge thank you to everyone who turned up for the live event and who are now also watching the recording.
