Your are the Healer

In this recording of a Zoom meeting, I discuss how healing is the movement of the system back into balance at every level physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. 
Whilst outside influences such as medicines, procedures or therapists can help guide the system, at the end of the day the ONLY healer is the system itself.
I look at the three everyday strategies of 
awareness
making the choice to change 
acceptance and gratitude
as tools that can be used to help us heal ourselves.
