A one day workshop exploring how our energy, experience and thoughts make us who we are and how this informs our connection to the world around us.

If time allows I may work with some of the people in the audience and/or a horse in the yard to show the context of my work.

I will also be available on Sunday 10^th Sept to carry out 1: 1 sessions on people, horses, dogs and cats at the same venue.
