Connection and Energy 25.03.16

Teazel really takes me into the realms of energy and connection, and even speaks of prevention of cancer!
The words she gives me speak of concepts that I am only now in 2021 really stepping into and trying to understand!

It is only with my recent discovery of the work and words of Nassim Haramein that I am truly getting a grasp of “The Universe lives within us and we live within the Universe” and yet over 5 years ago these are the words Teazel gifted to me!

At the core of us lies the essence not only of who we are, but the true connection of ourselves to The Universe.
In reality we are The Universe, there is no barrier or divide. The Universe lives within us and we live within The Universe.
When we “get” the connection of ourselves to our essence it means that every one of the trillion of cells, every molecule, every atom, every sub-atomic particle that is vibrating to make “us/me” is in connection not only with each other but with the “essence” inside us- so we are truly connected with ourselves, but also truly connected to The Universe.

When we get that “true” connection doubts, fears, worries fall away as all we have is what is NOW!

All we have is now.

In that moment the experience is of peace, happiness and “enlightenment”. All the knowledge of The Universe is at our fingertips because we are one with The Universe – we are The Universe.
All that was, that is and that will be is part of us – time is an illusion and does not exist.

That true connection is energy so vast and unimaginable it cannot be described, light but not as we know it is part of that spectrum – it is the way cells talk to each other.

When there is darkness there is a dimmer connection. This is what causes cancer at a fundamental level.

Cancerous cells have lost the connection to each other and to source. They keep reproducing trying to find that connection, but unless the connection is re – established, the cancer lives on. they are lonely, disassociated cells with no meaning, no use, no worth.

True cure of cancer is by prevention. It is the person re-establishing their connection with the source inside them and so with The Universe.

Connection = peace = balance= health

When we sit in our own connection we can truly connect with others. Our energy flies out of us 360 degrees around us. When we are truly connected to our source, our energy “halo” is vast, pure and strong.

Our strong pure connected energy can show and help another system connect. They connect and shine more brightly and so help the next system.

Change yourself to change the world.

It is the core of being, the essence that is the “spark” of life that makes us alive.
When we die the shell is the cells, but the core detaches and is one with The Universe – dissolving back into the Energy of what is – it never diminishes or disappears or is destroyed.
It is when that core of being/energy goes into the next system that life is created.

Teazel and believing in my work 30.12.15

The title says it all really. this was a kick up the bum from Teazel to get me to actually believe in what I was doing and the direction I was heading.
Reading it now some five years later, it does slightly blow my mind.

Nothing can be forced, everything must come from inspiration. You are taking lots of that onboard now, but you need to make sense of the way forward.

At the moment you fell bombarded with so much input from so many directions. You are finding it hard to decipher.
Slow down! There is no rush as there is no such thing as time. What you need will come to you, but only if you allow. Don’t go looking for step 2 until you are familiar with step 1.

Now is the time to be aware and clear on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and of course spiritual. Know that you can contact me whenever you want – just be and you know I am there. I will help you, but the ultimate increment/decision is yours. It has to be true.

You are now going to flourish. the energy will fill you, sustain you, lead you. You are the ultimate connection. BELIEVE IT! You are shying away from this as you still don’t truly believe it deep down at source level. You are getting there but that true belief still alludes you.

Now is the time to step up into that belief. You can do what others can’t. That doesn’t make you better it just makes you unique. Don’t be afraid to speak out and say. The words will find the right people. Do what you know needs to be done on every front and every level – you know what these are – get doing them NOW!!

Our time together is growing but there is no rush only joy and connection. your thoughts are the right ones- that’s the directions we need to go. Enjoy every step. The time is now.

BELIEVE. ALL IS WELL !!

Teazel and Training 5.11.15

In this “download”, Teazel appears to talk to me about the way forward in training. At the time I recorded this in my notebook I was deep into the training offered by Warwick Schiller, and most certainly was seeing spectacular results following the Plan.

It is now over five years later and I find deeper meaning in her words. I believe Teazel was referring to something far more fundamental than the “training” of the horse.
Now with hindsight I think she was preparing me to look at not only a different way of helping horses both access their body in a true and powerful way and so heal themselves, but also about the way that horses would become more and more important in teaching people about energy and connection – my two favourite words.

I am the new way forward. Through me you will discover new ways of being, learning and training.

What has been before has served its purpose, done its job, but now is the time for evolution – evolution on all fronts, including the training of horses.

This is not about system, programme, dictat or old beliefs, it is about being free to step into a new way of thinking.

You are all doing this on many fronts and facets, but now is the time to embrace another learning curve.

There is no emotion, no judgement, expectation or upset about what has been is these words.

I will speak with candour about how I feel to be trained. I must be free, free to move in every way I can. or might need to. Restriction of any kind prevents free flow of energy and the information needed for my cells to communicate with each other.

Together we must clarify what is needed – the movements, the cues, the time, the intent. Together we can hone these to a fine skill that can be passed onto all. The truth of this will be in the results and they will be there for all to see.

I must be able to move as it is from these movements that I am free to learn to step into the next place. You provide me with freedom to do this on all levels, but you must trust that I am capable of doing it (as are all horses).

What is known is good and has its purpose, but you are about stepping out into the unknown, breaking down barriers and finding new ways of learning and being.

My job is to help you do that. Watch and learn. Kathy you must follow feel of what is right for me to do. Trust yourself – I will guide you. Keep note as this will be a blueprint, a core from which much can be learnt and evolved from.
Measure, photograph, film, note down every little detail weekly and learn from this. This is your job now.

Trust and allow. All is well.
